Big Dirt Dig & Pumpkin Hunt

This year’s Big Dirt Dig will be held at the Hannibal Street Department (701 Warren Barrett Drive). Bring your kids to have some FREE messy fun and see some big trucks! Children are encouraged to bring shovels, buckets, trucks and digging toys.
As part of the Oktoberfest festivities in downtown Hannibal, which will be Sept. 27-29, there will be small pumpkins buried in the sand.

Scavenger Hunts
The Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department has developed Scavenger Hunts to encourage visitors to the Hannibal parks. Hannibal children, along with visitors to Hannibal, will have a chance to explore our parks in a different way. These free activities allow participants to learn more about Hannibal Parks and to earn a free treat from a local business in the process!
