Mermaid and Shark School

Mermaid and Shark School returns to the Hannibal Aquatic Center for the 2021 season! The classes will be held July 26th-30th from 10:30-11:15AM.

A FinFun Brand Mermaid Tail or Shark Fin is required for class:
1.) Provide your own FinFun Mermaid Tail or Shark Fin (class cost $50)
2.) Purchase a FinFun Mermaid Tail or Shark Fin through HPR (class cost $115)

Is your child “Mermaid Ready”?
Can they:

• Float on their back?
• Float on their front?
• Roll from their front to their back?
• Tread water for 1 minute?
• Swim 25 meters (82 feet)?
• Swim 25 meters (82 feet) using a dolphin kick?

Participants should be at least 6 years of age by July 26, 2021 in order to participate in the class. Registration deadline is July 5th. Register in the Parks & Recreation Office (320 Broadway) or on RecDesk.
